What this covers

Ad Rem, LLC (“we”) is a software consultancy. This policy describes what we collect when you contact us through adrem.services or by text message, what we do with it, and what we do not do with it.

What we collect

Only what you send us. If you use the enquiry form, that is your name, your email address, your message, and — if you choose to give it — your phone number. The phone field is optional and an enquiry can be submitted without it. If you text our business number, we receive your mobile number and the content of your message.

We do not buy contact lists, and we do not collect information about you from third parties.

Mobile information and SMS

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only to reply to you about your own enquiry, and for operational notices to the business owner. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

You consent to receive text messages from us in one of two ways: by texting our business number at +1 (928) 888-8871, or by entering your number in the optional phone field on our enquiry form. No message is sent to anyone who has not done one of those things.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and you will receive no further messages from that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@adrem.services.

Who else sees it

We use service providers to deliver the site and to carry messages — a web host, a form-delivery service, and a telecommunications carrier for calls and SMS. They process this information only to provide those services to us. They are not permitted to use it for their own marketing, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

We disclose information only where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect our rights.

Calls

Calls to our business number may be recorded so that we have an accurate record of what was discussed. When a call is recorded, callers are told so at the start of the call.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the working relationship and to our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@adrem.services, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
